Please note that O.Reg.140/151 came into force on June 10, 2015. In summary, this regulation amends Rule 6 (Service of Documents) to allow service of documents through an electronic document exchange and service by email. This regulation also clarifies the effective dates of service for each service delivery method. In addition there are a few miscellaneous amendments.
