Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family survey

Please find below a link to a survey and accompanying message that are being distributed on behalf of the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family (CRILF) and the Chair of the CBA Family Law Section. The survey is an independent project of the CRILF pursuant to its partnership with the Canadian Forum on Civil Justice.

The target for the survey is lawyers practising family law in Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Ontario. Results from the survey will be published and shared widely, including with OBA section members and the CBA Family Law Section.
