The Honourable David Lametti, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, has appointed 5 new judges to the Superior Court and they will sit in Cornwall (Justice Bramwell and Justice Bergeron), Pembroke (Justice Hooper), Ottawa (Justice Carter) and London (Justice Hassan).

These free online information sessions being held in regions across the province are designed to help seniors, families and caregivers learn more about the rights and responsibilities of older adults and those who care for them.

The OBA congratulates Justice Matthew Stanley on his appointment to the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph effective April 28, 2022. Justice Stanley, a sole practitioner, is known for his criminal defence work, as well as real estate, wills, and corporate matters.
