On October 15, 2024, the OBA Trusts and Estates Law Section proudly honoured deserving and distinguished honoree, Kimberly A. Whaley, presenting her with this year’s Award of Excellence. The Grand Banking Hall at 1 King West was turned into a beautiful purple in celebrating the achievements of Kim and five other outstanding leaders of the bar.

The Honourable Maurice Cullity, QC, was joined by many friends and colleagues on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, in Toronto, where he was awarded the OBA Award of Excellence in Trusts and Estates Law. The evening also included the presentation of the Hoffstein Book Prize and the Widdifield Award.

Each year, the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association recognizes the achievements of one of their distinguished members. This year, Clare Sullivan was awarded with the 2016 Award of Excellence in Trusts and Estates Law at a special award presentation at The Omni King Edward Hotel.
