Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate
- Preserved the role of the lawyer under the new legislation of real estate agents and mortgage brokers
- Province wide consultation of the Bar by our Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate regarding Practice Guides and a fee schedule for the residential real estate transaction.
