• Environmental issues are pervasive throughout the law! Lawyers engaged with real estate transactions, municipal issues, corporate governance, waste management, air emissions, water protection, brownfield redevelopments, environmental administrative appeals, regulatory prosecutions, toxic tort and contract claims need to know about the work of our section.
• Our members include lawyers from small, medium and large law firms, and private and public sector practice areas including corporate and municipal in-house counsel. Our membership also extends to NGOs.
