Ontario Government: Regulations to Implement Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and Ontario Business Registry System

The final regulations to implement the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) and the new Ontario Business Registry System (OBR) have been filed and can be found below.

The OBA continues to advocate for the proclamation of ONCA and members of our Business and Charity and Not-for-Profit-Law sections are advising government in the development of the new OBR.

As such, and we are pleased to see the government take this step to advance these initiatives.
