Institute
Every February
Every February since 1975, the Ontario Bar Association has hosted INSTITUTE, the largest Canadian legal conference. Each year more than 2,000 lawyers network with their peers and take part in over 24 professional development programs presented by 300 speakers. In addition, exhibitors showcase their services and products. Most of INSTITUTE’S activities run the span of four days and it is a must-attend event for lawyers.
Civil Litigation Dinner
The OBA Award for Excellence in Civil Litigation dinner attracts over 400 lawyers. On this night a recipient is recognized for their outstanding contributions and achievements in Civil Litigation Law by members of the Ontario Bar Association.
The Civil Litigation Dinner is the second largest OBA event. Not only does this premier event attract "A list" lawyers, judges and cabinet ministers, it is a highly sought-after event by sponsors.

The Ontario Bar Association hosts close to 40 individual dinners, award receptions and galas offering highly targeted sponsorships.
