Learning from Last Year’s Failure: My Second Holiday Season as a [Young] Lawyer

Managing stress is a continuous struggle for many lawyers. The holidays bring extra worries for many people – juggling family issues and obligations, attending various work and personal parties, trying to finish up any year-end responsibilities, and ideally trying to enjoy some time off with loved ones.

As young lawyers still trying to figure out our routines and how we best operate, it’s important to develop habits and strategies to better position ourselves for new challenges. Here are six lessons I learned from last year's holiday season:
