Estate Practitioners Can Now Receive Updates to the Estates Procedure Manual Automatically

As many of our members know, the Estates Procedure Manual published by Ministry of the Attorney General, which provides detailed information about procedures and forms to be used in probate applications, can be requested by sending an email to csdmanual@ontario.ca.  However, up until now, practitioners had to be proactive in receiving updates, by sending regular emails of request. 

In a recent email from the Court Services Division, attaching the August 19th updated version, we were advised that the practitioners can receive updates to the manual, automatically, by sending a reply email, requesting same.
