The Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) and Office of the Children’s Lawyer (OCL) liaison committee of the Trusts and Estates section is inviting comments on the PGT’s modernization initiative respecting online Power of Attorney information. Members of the executives of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law sections anticipate meeting with PGT counsel leading this initiative on a yet to be determined date and your feedback will be shared at that time.
