AMS/John Hodgson Award of Excellence in Charity and Not-for-Profit Law June 04, 2014 On Thursday, May 27, 2014 the Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section presented the AMS/John Hodgson Award. This year the section chose to honour the late Hugh M. Kelly, Q.C. Hugh was a true specialist in his field, with over fifty years of advising clients on charity and not-for-profit law and education law until his passing this past December. The OBA Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section is pleased to present this posthumous award to a respected and honoured colleague and friend.
