Blaney McMurtry LLP has an immediate opening for an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our busy Employment and Labour Practice Group.
The successful candidate must possess both labour and employment experience, including advocacy before boards and tribunals, and experience handling human rights applications and wrongful dismissal claims.
The candidate will also have exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills, as well as strong drafting, research, writing and analytical abilities. They must be committed to excellent client service and to becoming another trusted advisor to our clients.
