Our busy personal injury firm is looking to add new associates to our dedicated and friendly team. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong work ethic looking to establish roots. Experience in personal injury/insurance defence/civil litigation is a requirement, but candidates who have recently passed the bar and/or who have only been practicing for a short while will be considered if they are a good fit for the team.
There is opportunity for practice development and bonuses. You would be joining a great team, getting lots of hands on experience while running your own files, in addition to working alongside senior counsel. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, has good time management skills, takes initiative, is ambitious, has the ability to work independently and/or with little supervision/instruction, is a dedicated team player, and has good people skills.
