REQUIREMENTS

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

Minimum of 5+ years experience in Estates and Estate Planning law.

A Book of Business is considerd an asset.

Strong understanding of federal and provincial Estate and Probate legislation.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
