REQUIREMENTS

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Estates and Estate Planning law.

  • A Book of Business is considerd an asset.

  • Strong understanding of federal and provincial Estate and Probate legislation.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
