De Bousquet PC, Barristers and Solicitors is looking for an Articling Student for the 2025 term.
The ideal start date would be in February or March. The position involves attending court, performing legal research, drafting legal material, assisting with client interview and witness preparation, assisting with trials and other court proceedings.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Completion of the prerequisites required to participate in the Law Society of Upper Canada Articling Program
- Demonstrated interest and competency in Civil Litigation, Employment Law and Administrative Law
- A driver’s license
- Superb interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work within a team and take direction, as well as working independently
