JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our law firm in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on various Employment and Litigation matters.
This position will be a Lead in the Employment Group. Mentoring younger lawyers and leading initiatives will be paramount for success in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

Minimum of 10+ years experience in Employment Law.

Focus on Employer Side Matters

A Book of Business is considered an asset.

Strong understanding of federal and provincial Employment legislation.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
