The Ontario Bar Association congratulates the 28 members who were elected to serve as Benchers of the Law Society of Ontario for the next four years.

The Ontario Bar Association (OBA) is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Association Awards. The recipients will be honoured at the OBA Awards Gala on May 31 in Toronto. 

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, the government tabled Building a Strong Ontario, the 2023 provincial budget. The government’s plan is to balance the budget with the province to start posting a budget surplus in 2024-2025. In 2022-23, Ontario is projecting a deficit of $2.2 billion.

The Ministry of the Attorney will be hosting 6 regional Justice Services Online (JSO) User Feedback Sessions, together with the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Federation of Ontario Law Associations.
