LEAN ON, LISTEN TO, LEARN FROM, GIVE BACK
The new OBA Peer Support Network is where members can turn for meaningful support, not just for their career as a lawyer, but for their life as a lawyer, in every part of that life. Whatever challenges or changes you are navigating, whatever your lived experience or personal and professional circumstances, the Peer Support Network is here for you with just what you need to survive, adapt, feel supported, and thrive: insightful programming, relevant articles, valuable resources, and vital peer support meetings. It's your connection to an inclusive and engaged community with similar lived experience to you that is compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental, and that shows up for each other when work and life are challenging, to Lean On, Listen To, Learn From, and Give Back to each other. Be a part of our community. Join our network!
We are excited to announce that our first Peer Support Meetings, for our newly developed Lawyers Living with a Disability Network, will take place virtually on September 14 and September 28. The meetings will be facilitated by an expertly trained lawyer, in a safe, judgment-free, confidential environment. No registration is required; on the day of the meeting, simply click on the Zoom link provided in the calendar.
