OBA President Orlando Da Silva has been touring Canada as part of a national mental wellness corporate challenge led by the Economic Club of Canada, Lundbeck Canada, Cookson & James Loyalty/ Best Life Rewarded, Mental Health International, Excellence Canada, and The Mental Health Commission of Canada. By sharing his personal story with depression and the positive work the OBA has been doing to promote openness about mental health in the profession, Da Silva is part of a Canada-wide conversation that is aimed at helping employers better respond to the mental health needs of their employees.
