Vivian Caldas is an associate lawyer practising in commercial litigation within the broader Advocacy Group of Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. Her practice encompasses a diverse range of commercial matters, including product liability litigation, collections, estate litigation and various contract disputes. Vivian brings a unique blend of technical, academic and practical skills to every case. Prior to attending law school in Canada, she worked as a litigation law clerk, gaining valuable experience in the technical aspects of various litigation matters. Her prior experience as a Brazilian litigation lawyer adds a global perspective to her legal experience. As a result, Vivian provides her clients with a holistic understanding of litigation, seamlessly merging both theory and practice to deliver outstanding and cost-effective results.
