Biography
Hayley joined Soloway Wright as an associate in 2022 after practicing national class action litigation. She is an associate in commercial litigation, insurance law, medical malpractice, and personal injury, and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.
Hayley graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa, a certificate in civil law from Université de Montréal, and holds a psychology degree from McGill University. During her time at law school, Hayley was involved in technology-based harassment and harm research, volunteered at the Immigrant Women’s Services Ottawa, and was an active executive member of the Legal Education and Action Fund.
Hayley speaks English and French, and welcomes working with clients in both these languages.
When Hayley is not in the office, you will find her trying out a new recipe, listening to a podcast, or at a kickboxing class.
