Extensive experience in the following areas of law:
- construction liens and disputes
- litigation relating to real estate transactions
- commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- general commercial litigation
- mortgage enforcement, collection and insolvency work for various financial institutions and creditors
- condominium lien enforcement, collection, and compliance

In August 1997 appointed by the Attorney General for Ontario to be a deputy judge of the Small Claims
