Biography
Tyna obtained her degree in International Law from Kingston University London and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Colombia.
Tyna practices in all areas of Canadian Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Law. She has appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada for immigration and citizenship matters.
Tyna established her practice in 2015 and now manages her firm and a team of legal professionals who represent clients in all areas of Immigration, Family, Wills & Estates, Litigation, and Administrative Law.
