Biography
Jason is a patent and drug regulatory lawyer in Toronto. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. Jason draws on his years of experience at leading law firms to provide clients with practical advice to meet their commercial goals.
Jason has appeared as litigation counsel in many precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.
