Biography
Adrian Frank is a partner at Devine Park LLP, a planning and development firm in downtown Toronto. Adrian’s practice covers a wide variety of municipal law and land use planning matters, with a particular focus on development applications, parkland valuation appeals, development charges, expropriations and heritage matters. He is also frequently retained to negotiate development agreements, and to resolve issues arising between neighbouring property owners and developers.
