Biography
Jaime Cardy is a Senior Associate in the Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group at Dentons Canada LLP. Prior to joining Dentons, Jaime was an Adjudicator at the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, where she administered quasi-judicial functions relating to appeals and complaints arising under FIPPA, MFIPPA, PHIPA, and Part X of the CYFSA. Jaime has a JD from Western University, and am LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Jaime served on the OBA's Privacy and Access to Information Law Section Executive from 2016-2023, and was the Chair of the Executive for the 2021-2022 term.
