Biography
Philip Kennedy is an experienced commercial lawyer and litigator currently practicing primarily in the areas of franchise and distribution law. Philip worked for over 12 years as a lawyer with pre-eminent international law firms, and for two years as a senior legal counsel with a major bank, before becoming the founding principal of Suregrant, a firm focussed on serving the legal needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and franchisors.
