Mr. Jeffrey Neinstein is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP. He is a civil litigator focusing on serious personal injury litigationincluding motor vehicle accident litigation, accident benefits disputes, catastrophic claims, disability insurance litigation, slip and fall accidents, fire and property loss and professional negligence disputes. Jeff has focused his practice to represent serious accident victims, disabled persons and their families.
Jeff Neinstein continues to spend much of his practice on representing individuals whose livelihoods are under attack by some of the largest insurance companies in North America. He continues to pursue his clients’ rights through lengthy trials in the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and through vigorous and relentless canvassing of government agencies in an attempt to amend legislation to protect and fight for the rights of injured and disabled people in Ontario.
Jeff has earned a reputation as a lawyer who has an impressive understanding of the medical, social, emotional, and economic consequences of his clients’ injuries and losses and how these losses affect both the victim and their family. He has a hands-on approach to his practice and is in regular contact with his clients making himself readily available to address any concerns that might arise.
