YLG Yazdani Law Group is a leading Toronto law firm practicing primarily in the area of immigration and business law for Canada. Helping our clients cross borders for over 15 years.

Mr. Yazdani is a solicitor and barrister and notary public in Ontario, Canada. He studied law in two continentals for over than 15 years. He first graduated from Shiraz University in 2002. Then he pursued his education and obtained his master's degree in International Law in 2004. He also became a Ph.D. Candidate before relocating to Dubai, UAE in 2006.
Mr. Yazdani acted a legal advisor in the National Oil Company from 2004 to 2005, then did his articling in the Court of Justice. He was a part time law school professor in Iran until 2007. Mr. Yazdani received an offer of employment from an Emirati employer in 2007 and he moved to Dubai, UAE. in 2008 he became a legal advisor at a reputable law firm. He also lectured Public International Law at IAU University in Dubai until 2012 before immigrating to Canada.
He founded Yazdani & Associates in 2012 which is a consulting firm based in Toronto. He is a founder of YLG Yazdani Law Group http//www.ylgpc.ca.
Mr. Yazdani obtained his professional Master’s degree in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School - York University. He also graduated from Ryerson University Law Practice Program. He obtained his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA).
Mr. Yazdani also studied an Immigration Consultant Program at Lasalle College in Montreal before become a member of ICCRC Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. He resigned from his ICCRC membership in 2019.
His high-profile and celebrated cases have attracted international attention, and he is frequently consulted as an immigration expert by televisions, journalists, government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on matters pertaining to immigration law and policy. He recently was a host in a biweekly TV show known as “ Immigration To Canada From Legal Prospective”. He also run a Podcast.
He is the author of several articles on matters pertaining to Public International Law, Dubai Property, Arbitration Law, and Canada Immigration Law.
