Biography
Kyle Gossen is a partner at Davies Howe LLP practicing in the areas of municipal, real property and commercial litigation and land use planning and development law. Kyle’s practice is focused on assisting homeowners, developers, builders and others in resolving complex property, land development and construction disputes, and in obtaining planning approvals.
Kyle represents clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario on civil litigation matters and appeals, before the Ontario Court of Justice on municipal prosecutions, and before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal on land use planning matters.
