Erika is the founder of Bridge Legal & HR Solutions which offers Employment Law and HR Consulting services. With her HR designation (CHRL) and many years of senior HR Management experience prior to becoming a lawyer, she brings a unique and practical approach to employment law. Erika's personal main area of focus is workplace investigations as she has over 20 years experience combined with her HR and legal career.
