Biography
Vicky M. Ringuette is a bilingual sole practitioner in Hamilton, Ontario. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa in both the Communications Program and the Common Law in French Program. She practices Family Law with an emphasis on child welfare, parenting issues and child support. She also practices in the area of Fertility and Surrogacy Law where she is an advocate for all parties who are involved with third party reproductive technology. She also works with crossover youth that are involved in both the child welfare and youth criminal justice system. She is an accredited Family Mediator. She is a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Family Court in Hamilton. She is a panel lawyer with both Legal Aid Ontario and the Office of the Children’s Lawyer and a panel Settlement Conference facilitator with Legal Aid Ontario. She is active in the legal community with the Hamilton Law Association’s Family Law Subcommittee and Liaison Committee. She is a member of the Board of Directors of l’Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario. She is a member of the Legal Aid Ontario French Language Services Advisory Committee.
