Biography
Daniel L. Lerner is a criminal defence lawyer and former Assistant Crown Attorney. Daniel Is passionate about his work in criminal law, and has regularly represented clients and the Crown in a variety of areas under the Criminal Code. Daniel has a special interest in drinking and driving law (where he regularly assists with training, mentoring, and providing opinions), youth cirme, bail reform, police searches, and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Daniel is a member of the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section.
