Biography

Davey Family Law provides services exclusively in the area of Family Law, including traditional negotiations and litigation, as well as the alternative dispute resolution processes of Collaborative Family Law and mediation. Tonya Davey was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999 and has practiced family law exclusively for over 20 years. She obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and has been a roster mediator with Peel Family Mediation Services at the Brampton and Orangeville court houses since 2011. She has been trained in and has experience practicing Collaborative Family Law since 2009. Tonya will negotiate, mediate or litigate depending on your specific needs and the particular dynamics of your case. Tonya is solution focused. She works with you to set goals, resolve issues and achieve results fairly and efficiently in the best interests of any children involved. Tonya will assist you in understanding your rights and obligations as well as the best options to move your case forward to resolution.
