Biography
Marie is a lawyer, Mediator and Trainer. She offers services in the areas of Negotiation, Collaborative Practice, Mediation, Mediation-Arbitration and Arbitration. She has a Masters Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in the area of Alternate Dispute Resolution and she is an accredited Mediator with OAFM. She is a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Brampton and Milton Superior Courts and a Manager/Panel Mediator with Peel Family Mediation Services, the court connected mediation service at the Brampton Court. Marie is a former panel lawyer with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. She is also a trainer of ADR processes.
