Biography
Osvaldo is a Canadian and Brazilian lawyer, notary public, foreign legal consultant, and Q. Arbitrator. Osvaldo primarily focuses on business and commercial law, dealing with cross-border transactions, contract mediation and negotiation, real estate, international trade, and estate planning. He provides legal advice on issues like business disputes, contracts, foreign investments, trade regulations, and wills.
He has experience working in private law firms and as an in-house counsel, serving various high-profile clients. Osvaldo specializes in trade regulations, food regulations, imports, exports, contract logistics, and international business deals across North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East.
