Biography

Robert is a member of the GSNH Restructuring & Insolvency Group where his practice focuses on general civil, commercial and construction litigation law with a focus on insolvency & restructuring and experience in corporate, commercial, construction, employment, human rights, and real estate.? Robert has successfully represented clients in the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. In 2009, Robert joined GSNH after articling with a large, national law firm where he gained extensive advocacy experience in the areas of general civil, commercial and construction litigation law with experience in corporate, commercial, construction administrative, municipal, insurance, tort, personal injury, aboriginal and electoral litigation. While articling, Robert was seconded to the Competition Bureau where he was involved in providing an analysis of Canada’s unique approach to competition law as well as reviewing the mandate of the Competition Bureau’s Toronto office.
