Biography
Guidy Mamann graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1987.
He was first exposed to Canadian immigration law in 1984 while a law student and working as an immigration officer at Toronto's international airport. In 1995, he was certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in both Immigration Law and Refugee Law.
His firm, Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP, has grown to become one of Canada's largest and most well-known immigration law boutiques with about 15 full time lawyers practicing exclusively in Canadian and US immigration matters. They provide assistance in all Canadian and US immigration applications for individuals and families and for corporate clients. They also handle immigration tribunal work before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board and before the Federal Court Trial Division and Appeal Division.
They also provide 24 hour emergency service for those detained by Canadian immigration authorities and for those being denied entry to Canada or the United States.
