Biography
Marvin Zuker was a Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice from July 1978 until December 2016 when he retired. He holds the rank of Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto where he has taught Education Law since 1982. He is the author and co-author of numerous articles (more recently published by Law 360 Canada), and books including two favorites, The Law is Not for Women with June Callwood in 1976 and The Law is Not for Kids with Ned Lecic, (second edition 2023), the latter published by Athabasca University Press.
