Dan has a technical background in biology/medical sciences, and advises clients in a wide range of technologies, including mechanical, industrial, chemical, medical, and high tech systems. Dan is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Intellectual Property (Patent) Law, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
