Effective February 22, 2022, housekeeping amendments have been made to the Estates Practice Directions, including, but not limited to; a new email address for trial scheduling and leave of court required to file a factum that exceeds 25 pages in length.
Effective February 22, 2022, housekeeping amendments were made to the Consolidated Practice Direction Concerning the Estates List in the Toronto Region to:
- indicate a new email address for the Estates Trial Scheduling Office
- provide links to the updated hearing Request Form and Confirmation Form
- specify that leave of the court is required to file a factum that exceeds 25 pages in length, and
- move references to guardianship applications to Part D.
