It's bound to be an exciting summer not only for the Liberal Party of Canada, but also for defamation law: in the space of two weeks, the Grits initiated not one, but two high-profile defamation actions. Putting aside politics, each action offers to Ontario courts an opportunity to engage with the concept of “reputation” in modern Canadian society. In this article, Mark A.B.
