The OBA Franchise Law Section is pleased to be hosting a case law update series to help you stay up to date with the latest legal developments in Canadian franchising.
Our case law update series will take place quarterly and each session will run for 45 minutes over Zoom. Depending on the number of recent cases available, the caw law update will focus on either recent franchising decisions or cases relevant to a particular theme in franchising. The case law updates will be led by lawyers experienced in Canadian franchising.
This series is designed to help members stay current in a convenient and easy format. From 12 -12:45pm, you can attend from the comfort of your office or home.
GET INVOLVED: New and recent calls who would like to get involved by either researching or presenting topics are encouraged to email tbird@oba.org.
This quarterly series is offered Complimentary for OBA Franchise Law Section members. If you are not currently a member of the Franchise Law Section, please contact Terrine Bird tbird@oba.org for more information.
