Looking to Get Involved with the Civil Litigation Executive?

Hello to all section members, on behalf of the Civil Litigation section’s Civil Justice Reform Committee.

The Civil Justice Reform Committee’s mandate is to identify “quick win” projects that make litigation easier and more just for all stakeholders. Past projects have included collaborating with the Women Lawyers’ Forum on the practice direction for gowning during pregnancy, submissions to the Rules Committee on electronic service of documents, and proposals for amendments to the discovery plan rule.
