Planning and Development Lawyer
Our client is currently looking to add an experienced planning and development lawyer to join their collegial team in North York.
The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of municipal and planning law, including land use litigation, expropriation, environmental matters and appearances before various courts and administrative tribunals, in particular the OMB. The successful candidate will also be involved in condominium development matters, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, severance, variance, site plan matters and in structuring and negotiating, and development agreements. Applicants must have excellent advocacy, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a partial or full practice/portable book of business with at least 3 years of experience related legal experience.
