TPH Law is a multi-jurisdictional law firm located in Markham, ON, specializing in Creditors’ Rights Law.
We are currently seeking a qualified lawyer to join our growing team, offering the opportunity to practice law across multiple provinces in Canada. The ideal candidate will be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, with two to five years of litigation experience, particularly in Creditors’ Rights law and judgment enforcement.
Experience in recovering outstanding debts for financial institutions is essential, and familiarity with post judgment recoveries is a plus. Fluency in French is also considered an asset. We encourage new calls with solid litigation experience to apply.
The successful applicant will be highly organized, possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to contributing to our established practice. An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to support the firm’s growth will be valued.
Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years in Creditors’ Rights Law and judgment enforcement (preferred)
- 2+ years in litigation (preferred)
- Current licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
