Associate Lawyer - Litigation
Youngman Law is a boutique law firm specializing in litigation, debt collection and real estate matters. We offer a warm, flexible work arrangement.
We currently have an opportunity available for a dedicated, and personable lawyer to join our busy firm located in midtown Toronto, conveniently located close to the Yonge/Eglinton subway station.
The successful candidate will possess at least two to three years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on Creditors’ Rights law and enforcement of Judgments.
The successful candidate will have experience dealing with the recovery of outstanding debt on behalf of creditors including financial institutions and leasing companies, and will have at least two years of relevant experience and be able to work both with a team and independently.
The practice area the candidate will be joining is primarily for debtor/creditor litigation but may involve other areas of practice as well. The selected applicant will be diligent, organized and have good oral and verbal communication skills, as well as a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. They will be responsible for contributing to the continued success of our well-established practice and will also demonstrate a willingness to advance the growth of the firm with networking and business development.
