The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to four years of experience advising employers on such issues as employment standards, human rights, accommodation, hiring and termination of employment, employment contracts and policies, labour relations, collective bargaining, health and safety, and will also have experience appearing before labour arbitrators, the Courts, and administrative tribunals concerning labour and employment disputes.
