Our firm is a small but dynamic law firm, practicing exclusively in medical malpractice law. We only work for those injured by negligence during the course of the medical or chiropractic treatment. We are the underdog, helping many seriously injured people to obtain some justice and some financial means to cope with their injuries.
We are looking for a junior lawyer to join our small law firm. We are very successful at what we do and we are happy to train the right person to learn the ropes, and develop important legal skills.

We are looking for an eager, enthusiastic individual who wants to learn how to be the very best medical malpractice lawyer they can be. The successful candidate will display dedication and commitment to the position, and will treat it as a "calling" and not just a "job". The successful applicant must also have excellent written and oral English skills (cannot stress this enough!), be meticulous and detail-oriented, and will understand that his or her role is to strongly support and assist the lawyers at Oakley & Oakley. He/she will be motivated, intelligent and constantly striving to learn new things and take on greater responsibility.
We are located in Stouffville, which often means that travel to the office is the opposite direction to the flow of heavy traffic. We are prepared to discuss remote work arrangements, as needed.
